Ceremony Pick-Up
Location: Boardwalk Inn Main Lobby
Due to the theme park location, the only way to reach the ceremony location is through charter bus. The bus will depart for the ceremony location at 8:30 AM. It can only make one departure trip and will not be able to return until after the ceremony to charter guests back to the reception. Unfortunately, we’ve been informed that this means that the bus cannot go back to pick up guests that arrive after the bus has departed at 8:30.

Pre-Reception
Starts: 10:oo AM
Ends: 11:00 AM
Location: St James Hall & Patio, Boardwalk Inn Convention Center
Charter bus will shuttle guests back to the Boardwalk Inn Convention Center
Reception
Starts: 11:00 AM
Ends: 3:00 PM
Location: Marvin Gardens, Boardwalk Inn Convention Center
Charter bus will be available to charter guests back to Disney Resort Hotels at the top of each hour until 3:15 PM.
Other Information: The Boardwalk Inn & Convention Center has visitor parking available for free. If asked at the gate, just mention that you are there for a wedding at the Convention Center and they should let you through. If parking is full, they may redirect to additional visitor parking across the street.

Directions:
• From the Orlando International Airport, take the South Exit (FL 417 South – Toll Road) to Exit 6 (Epcot/Downtown Disney) which will merge onto Highway 536 West.
• After passing through the Walt Disney World main entrance archway, take the right exit ramp for Disney’s Hollywood Studios™. This will merge onto Buena Vista Drive.
• Pass Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort and go through the traffic signal at Victory Way.
• The next traffic signal is the entrance to Disney’s Hollywood Studios™, turn right, and Disney’s BoardWalk Inn & Villas will be on the left.
